well go through all the grades of wet and dry (halfords sell a body prep pack) and this is what I'm going to use when mine need doing then jack up the front of your car taht the wheels fit on and start it up put it in second and the wheels should turn from the torque then just hold the paper on the wheel but keep it wet so it douenet go all funny on your wheel. if you need any more help use teh search function theres loads on this

Mine took me 3 weeks

Paint stripper them. Clean up the lips if they need cleaning up use a harsh grit to take out any kerbing. Something like a 60 grit should be fine. Then work up the grades to 1500, then go over them with a polishing mop then some Autosol. Its a long process if you want a true mirror finish.

Paint stripper, use a flap wheel first to get out any major imperfections. Then work up the wet n' dry grades to 1500 grit. Then I used polishing compound, from course to fine, and finally a polish with autosol and some wheel wax. Looks sweet
