There is a dodgy scratching noise coming from my steering wheel every time and turn it. I had a look and its a little strip of metal. i tried to bend it back so its not touching to make the noise but coul'nt so managed to put some duck tape on the end to stop the noise, but now my horn isn't working so i think its what ever makes the horn work.

Any one help me out?
