whats the best way to remove the head unit on a mk4?

i had the keys to get mine out but when i took one out of my friends polo i didnt have them so we just kind of leavered it out with a screwdriver, by poking it under the cage and getting it out took a while and trashed teh cage but there u go

where can i get teh keys?

Thats what i did, worked fine as the new headunit had its on cage.
