Hey guys posted this in the ICE section but no one could help so think i may of put it in the wrong section. If anyone can help it would be a big help!

Came out to my car today after parking it overnight to find the car aerial mast snapped in half.

Looked at GSF and they have a few mast replacements for polo’s which are fairly cheap but was wondering which one I need, its an OEM Aerial & mount so I assume it’s this one:

89205A AERIAL-BLACK MAST General Use. Small Hole £4.60

Just wanted to make sure before I get my wallet out. Are GSF aerials ok or am I better getting the genuine VAG part in which case anyone know the part number?

I take it I have to remove the wheel arch liner in order to fit it as there is no access from the engine bay, or can I simply do it all from the top of the aerial mount?

i would either go the scrappy or remove it all together

I had that problem ..

You should be able to get a decent signal without the arial anyway .. well the snapped ariel .. push it down flush and you will be all good ..

Scrappy would be best bet though yes ..
