Right guys....I've just fitted a Golf 16v brake master cylinder onto the

G40 and have hit a bit of a snag.....The brake fluid reservoir is now

sitting a little bit higher than it used to and is now hitting the OMP

brace bar that i have.My question is....Is there a smaller brake fluid

reservoir from another car that i can use in place of the original?

not sure but you can find another cap that doesnt have a sensor on the top that fits.

trial and error around a scrap yard, but i found a ford mondeo one fits nicely under my strut brace.

by removing the sensor your dash wont light up if its low, but just check it every now and then and dont worry
