Chassis Legs

Featured Replies

Hi, just joined. I have a '79 Mk1 Polo I am currently restoring and I am having great difficulty in sourcing a near side rear chassis leg. Can anyone help with either a good spare from Mk 1,2, or 3 or by pointing me in the right direction for sourcing one. The Mk 2 or 3 ones can be modified to fit but I'd prefer to get a Mk 1 part if possible.

Cheers,

Nicky

Might be worth a try. They won't have them listed on their site but if you ask I'm sure they'll be able to source them or know somewhere that could.

Good luck.

Thanks Sam, I'll give them a try. :-D

I think I may be able to help you, I have a spare boot floor offcut with the chassis legs attached. I can cut off what you need and post it no probs. I'll take a pic tomorrow to be certain what you need.

I really doubt vagparts will be able to help, mk1 panels are thin on the ground nevermind chassis legs. Offcuts are your only option I think
