Pretty rare for a G40 because its a late spec blue (replaced royal blue) and would have been availible on 1993-1994 G40's. Not as rare as Montana Green G's though!

I didnt even know they made them in 93/94! I've been told this is windsor blue, can anyone tel from this pic if its royal metalic or windsor???

Hard to tell from pics. Royal blue paint code is LA5U, but if that car is a H or J-reg its almost certainly going to be Royal blue.

bummer, I'm not sure as it has a guernsey plate on it! lol

Here is my Royal Blue one. Front edge of the bonnet shows this colour best in sunlight; can look almost black on a dull day.

just thinking actually the guy said its windsor blue and has jus got the bonnet resprayed!!!! lets hope he hasnt had it done the wrong colour! lol

For peace of mind, just ask the seller for the paint code printed on the service book sticker or the sticker in the boot.

Easy way to tell the two apart os Royal blue has a green tint to it, and Windsor blue has a purple tint.

Mine is Windors Blue and looks like, not the best pic but you can see the purple shine on the front wing.
