i need some coilovers for my gt but they need to go down to at least 100mm. anyone know any companies that make them? links would be much appreciated. h

so you cant buy coilovers for the mk3 without having to customise?

Normally you simply replace your shock absorber and spring with a coilover unit. Normally a couple of bolts and thats it.

But on a mk3 your shocker is within a strut that has to be customised to be turned into coilovers. You need to send your struts off to have the work done to them so your best off getting a second set if you need to use the car daily. Coilovers start at around £600 for mk3s due to the amount of work that needs to be done to them.

There is a high demand for mk3 coilovers but no one mass produces them yet so each set is custom built for the buyer and having things custom built is always going to be more than something that theres a millions of!

Your looking at £650+ for a set of Gaz coil overs + postage and packaging etc. Then add on any bushes etc. your replace whilst you are at it and it soon mounts up.
