Anyone know if these will fit?

Featured Replies

Hello people, I've seen some wheels on ebay but cos they are from different cars i dont know if they will fit on my mk4 6n. Have decided to get some cheaper wheels to start me off, or be winter wheels, If anyone could help me it would be great.

There 15inch fox racing evo's from a vauxhall with Et42

Or some 15inch fox racing evo6's off a 106 but don't know the offset yet, will update once i know.

Don't have a clue on what offsets will fit and that so if anyone can help will be really great

Cheers, Bennie

Vauxhalls will probably fit if they are 4 stude, as they are usually 4x100 then

but the ones from the pegout, the wont fit, as i think are 4x98!!

I think Pug is 4x108.

Vauxhall ones will fit just about but the centre bore is smaler than VW and the offset is a lot higher. You will probably have problems with the wheels fouling the struts. Best of spending the extra few quid getting the right wheels with the right off set or else your in for arse ache on the long haul.

Cheers for the reply but what is the bore?

If i get spacers, will they miss the struts then?

They might clear anyway, but it depends on the width of the wheel, and what tyre you're using. You can get the centre flange on quite easily,as its only a fraction smaller and nothing that a flap wheel on a drill wont sort out. If that 42mm offset is on a 5-6in wide rim and you wont fit tyres wider than 185,you should get away with it. But 195 or more on a 7in rim,and i expect you'll need spacers.
