Do you just pull em out once the two allen key bolts are off?? They seem to be held in somehow.

i would also like to know this as one of mine seems to be ticking. sorry to high jack the thread fella.

No problem, I got em out eventually, u have to kind of twist them and pull them using a bit of force (not excessive). The end ones are easier to free up, then try the middle two. I removed the throttle body as well it made things easier.

Basically they're held in by O ring seals.
