were to send the log book to change owners?

basicly i've lost half of my log book, but its not the half i need to change the owner details over. all thats filled out i just need to know where to send it now, i think the adress is on the other half. i know it will be DVLA swansea, but if i remember correct for each diffenent thing tthey have a differnent post code. could anyone check there log book for me and see if its on there? cheers 8-)
