What would you do?

Featured Replies

Right, so my 6n 16v is now insured for £1700 via the NFU, with a £200 excess, and no allowance for modding...

Brentacre have FINALLY got back to me, now with a quote for £1480, with a £400 excess, legal cover and courtesy car, and £2000 modding allowed...

Now if i swap them over I'm pretty sure i wont get a full refund for the rest of the year with the NFU, so I'd lose a bit of money, also the excess with Brentacre is higher... but then the extras you get with it could seem worth the swap. (I've a feeling the NFU wont touch me if my cars modified at all...)

What you you do? :|

The NFU aren't interested in mods? They didn't give two shits when I was getting quotes for my Disco...

Should still be able to cancel the policy and get most, if not all, of your money back if you're quick enough.

when did u take out the policy with NFU? some insurance companies give 14 day money back if you are not happy

Turns out theres no charge for cancellation, so ill be swapping them over tomorrow!
