Are the 6N2 GTI and other 6N2 bonnets the same. If not what are the differences?

What it is, I'm wanting to swap a debadged grill and bonnet off my GTI for a standard grill and bonnet. Will say a 6N2 TDI bonnet be the same as my GTI bonnet

off the top of my head, i can only remember 1 car having two different bonnet's (without scoop's or vent's) and that was the 205 and the 205 auto.

They are definitely the same!

Lupo and Lupo GTI bonnets are different

the Lupo GTI has and aluminium bonnet (and wings etc)
