can someone please help.

i slammed my door the other week and then realised my window was really hard to open so i lifted the glass up and it went good again, now its gone again and i cant fix it, it is a winder to open it, not electric, so everytime i go to open it its really stiff and feels like its going to snap, i haven't slammed my door or anything, will i have to take the door card off?

The frame could've come loose,in any case it sounds like the glass is under tension in the runners and could shatter,so you're best havin a look at it.

Ok, i'll have to have a look in my workshop manual about it lol. I'm looking forward to that.....
