as title I'm looking for a budget headunit, need to have

• cd player
• aux or ipod input
• preouts so i can run compenent fronts and a sub off a amp

is there anything that can do this for £100 and hopefully a decent brand?

i just brought a Sony CDX-GT200 off ebay for 47 pounds its a Refurbished one but it is like new :-D

it has a front aux in so you can put a mp3 in and a pre-amp too :-)

is it from incarefurb? it looks good but i think i might need more pre outs? i was trying to find something fro alpine or pioneer in my budget

Have a look on www.caraudiosecurity.com, its well cheap compared with Halfords and the like.

Ebuyer normally have mega cheap head units.

I bought a JVC one for my dad from there for £69 and it has USB, ipod, mp3 cd etc compatibility. 4x50w i think, and a dedicated sub output.

Annoying thing is I paid £160 for the model below it 6 months earlier.

Would also recommend them. Can sometimes get good deals on ex-demo stuff (usually comes with maufacturer's warrenty as well)
