Hey I've tried search but I'm abit stuck. Can anyone help me with information about changing wind down windows to electric windows in a 6n2. parts needed, how to do it etc pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Help me please if you can.

Can you buy electric window kits off ebay? I'm sure they will includde everything you need. As for how to do it, that depends on what kit you install.

If you can find a mk5 to take the leccy windows off, then you will need the switches, all relevant wiring, and the electric window mechanisms.

You would need to remove the door cards, remove the windows and exisiting winder mechs, then fit the new electric mechs, re-wire it correctly, install the switches, replace the glass and doorcards and give them a try.

Not too hard, look at the mk3 fitting guide for general idea of how its done.
