what would be the best bike carbs / webbers to put on my mk2 coupe s

also what kinda prices am i looking to buy and then have set up ?

and what kind of work has to be done for them to fit ?

I paid £30 delivered for cbr600 carbs off ebay. 36mm chokes which is the same circumference as the Polo inlet gasket.

A pair of 40 DCOE's are a good match.

Cost varies as you may pay full board or you may get a good price second hand. A pair can be anywhere from 100-600 pounds, really depends on the circumstances. New/Used, recently serviced, gadgets and such. A manifold is also necessary, I'm imagining them to be about 100 pounds or less.

The argument between Twin Side-Draughts and Bike Carbs more down to personal choice. People will say why each has their own benefits, but both are very good options if you get into them.

All I can say is if you read Four-Stroke Performance Tuning by A.Graham Bell, you'll favor DCOE's because of the content in the book about them. Almost no mention of Bike Carbs.
