I've just got myself some ATS classics wich look the dogs ball's

And i would like to get a good price on my old wheels I'm pritty sure they are old golf wheels but the look really rubbish atm

I was wundering if anyone knew a fairly cheap way of getting them to look good cause i want to get the best price poss for them

best bet is probably scrub the tyres all over clean the wheels with wheel cleaner and polish them with car polish and also get some shoe polish on your tyres to make them shiny unless youve got some tyre shine?
