my name is marcel

i live in germany ( Remscheid)

an my age is 23jears..

and work by Dr. Schrick GmbH....

my Polo is a mk3.

it´s born on 1994 und was very slow=() 45PS

i buy it on 2004 and the firs what i do.... I altered him..to 1.3 G60

it lasted 3 months.. it was my first big engin transplantation....

the engin is in the second stadium of tuning..

1480ccm

the kommpleat zyl. head is from Dr Schrick

an an new Polo 2f i have too!!=)

my car who i drive every day...

My friend had a g60 charged g40, not a 1.5 though!

his was quick so i dread to think what yours is like!

so some details more=)

the basis for the engin is the 1.3 PY G40

crank shaft to become an 79,1mm distanced

the cyl-boring is 76,75mm

ok the swept volume just 1463,8 ccm

the zylinder head is processed by Dr Schrick, wherever i work

the conduit is better than seriel. an bigger.

the intake valve is buffed and optimum processed ....

the exhaust velve is an bigger velve, a 34mm

the velve seat is machined too

an the velve channel is net of 4mm

Pistons and rod´s are forged

the damper is from an motorcycle ( it has 4 dampers á 38mm)

exhaust is an 4in 1 with a 30mm outside an in side from KAT 70mm after KAT (200 booths) 63,5mm

and the exhaust system is from Supersprint

i hope you understand everyting what i whrite there=)

the engine assambling to be created some months.. is very expansive for a trainie.. :(

but it´s my hobby=)
