Featured Replies

Every time you shut the door with the window door it falls off of the runners.I know this an even after I told the knobs at the garage they still did it and off it came.So I take all the door card for the fifth time and put it back on the runners but now you press the switch and nothing happens.Happened before and i gid it a bit of brute force and it worked but now it dosnt want to know.Anyone had similar problem. The fuse is fine. Its as if the motors gone but I'm pretty sure it hasnt

Hmm well many people have runner problems with thier windows in 6n's :p I eventually just rummaged through screwed untill i foudn one that fit into the end of the bit sticking out of the runner. Hasn't given me problems since :D

No idea about the actual motor.. check that it the window aint caught on anything mate

The manual windows are just as bad, i dont know how it even happened but my passenger side window doesnt wind back up properly anymore, the front of the glass tilts forward at an angle as it goes back up and then the back of the glass sticks out the door lol unless you hold the glass back in place and slowly wind it back up. I've managed to get it wound back up to the top again but haven't opened the window since until i repair it. How easy is it to remove the door card??

Do a search around the forum mate, after the first time removing them it literally takes a minute or two to get them off :)
