I'm quite impressed by the way a 165 Potenza stretches onto a 6" wide rim.

Its uncanny i reckon. I look at mine and think people put these on 7's?

I've heard rumors of someone fitting them to a 9 but not seen proof.

I've seen them on an 8 but to be honest I can't see them going on a 9. On and 8 there isn't even a side wall really, its about 2mm. Looks crazy like you've literally put an elastic band around the tyre.

You know of any pics? Sure Stanton was on about them on a 9 over on wheel whores.

I'm gonna be putting 165/55-14 Potenzas onto some 14x6s, I'm thinking the extra 5% profile will just make it look as if it's sitting flush with the rim...

anybody know if 185/45/15 will be alright on a 7j rim for that slight stretched look
