I seem to have jammed my front cup holder in.

The one that sits left of the sterio.

Is it possibe to release it from behind somehow?

Is there another way to get the standard VW head unit out, without buying those over priced release keys from Halfords?

try and get something thin down both sides of it and press it repeatedly. Or do what I did, lose your temper with it and punch it.... no bother since.

Oh super! I will give that a try and if all else fails i will hit it like you say
