Hi I'm looking to get a set of teledials 15 by 7" with 25mm hub adaptors and to get 195/45/15 toyos an I'm 60mm down will i get any scrubbing with people in the back?

stretched tyres will reduce the risk of scrubbing but handling wont be as good.

That really depends on the stretch and the tyres used...

what are the ET of the wheels?

15x7 I'd personally run 195/45s because I'm not a big fan of stretching tyres. But a 175/50 would be a good alternative, with a bit of a stretch and next to no chance of popping off the rim.

ET is 52.3

so would a mk4 60mm down run a 8" rim with 205/45 with out rubbin ?????
