I have a mk5 1.4 8v ecu....that any use?

I take it its so you know if the wiring loom will mate to the ecu yeh?

I know where there is a couple of mk4s in scrapyards but my car is sat with no gearbox at the min and then Polo Show tomorrow. But if your back in Newcastle next week then I can tell you where they are.

no its so that i know it will actually fucking work! i have a shelf of alternative ones with different part numbers none of which work in the car.
