The width isnt a problem, its the offset. You could probably get an 8in et20 on there, and you can imagine how the tyre would sit if 30mm further in.

I've got 8" et.0 on the back of mine, and it only rubs on the passengers side as you said, where the wheel pokes out a little more.

To do what, exactly?

the holes in the axel brackets are actually slotted so you can tweak the axel alignment. you need proper 4 wheel alignemnt kit to do it properly.

Oh ok. Never realised that.

I need to find an arch roller 1st, or a large pole.

thers a guide on here to making your own tool and I've used it and it sems ok matey i would give that a go first if no look pay for them to be slightly flared or get some camber

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, can anyone give a picture as reference, then ill see how i get one.

With regards to rolling the arches I've done it now. I used a large old telescope tube and lowered the car on it and rocked

the car back and forth to start it off then removed the wheel, heated up the arch again and gently tapped the arch lip up.

This was helped by the fact there is very little rust on the car, no scary holes appearing while rolling.

Ill post a picture of them when its daylight lol.

I've tried swapping the rear wheels over just to make sure there not different offsets. one side still sticks out more.

all the above pictures are of the rear wheels.
