I dont know how to stick them back on but

if you still have the spongy bit on the back why don't you try double sided sticky tape.

or the silicone sealant you can get in a tube.

Tiger seal is the best stuff to use

bit of a ba****d to work with tho

I got half way through de-bump-stripping and decided I liked the car better with them on so stuck back on with double sided tape and they're fine.
