fitting a gti splitter

hey guys,

dont suppose any one knows how to fit a gti splitter to a 6n

help would be awesome as it would be ready for the polo show :-D :-D

I used speed clips (z shape thingys) on mine and small screws! Held it proper tight!

you have to cut the plastic clip bits off that would usually hold it to the gti bumper, then either self taper it, or cable tie as i did it on there so it holds nice!

so i am cutting the clips off the splitter, and where about do you screw it in

I'm getting my bootlid tmz aswell wup wup!!!

baisically i put some thin cable ties through the metal holes at each end then fastened them up to the bumper, then i got underneath and put a few more here and there! glad you're getting the boot mate really not to sure on what to do with mine at the mo!

used stickaflex to fit mine... (think i spelt that wrong but tube in car so cant check spellin.. lol)

what garages use to fit panels on vans. its lika mastic tube that goes in a gun.. bonded on.

underneath in the middle theres two triangular bits of plastic, i drilled holes in there and then put them through that!
