A 1500 G60 is born, we finally got round to building Geoffrey's new heart (even if it didn't get into him just yet).

I got the pistons back home on Monday night, sat and got baked with Dave (bort) and came up with a crazy mofu idea of building and fitting the 1W in 3 days I thought we'd all change our mind by the next morning, but no the gauntlet had been laid down.......

There's absolutely LOADS of pics guys, so I've only commented on a few, but they speak for themselves really.

Big Thanks go to Dave (bort) who kindly built my engine for me and for all the effort put in by my bro John and Rich, we all survived these 4 days on about 15 hours sleep and tempers were a little frayed at times, but they're all a great team and I couldn't have done it without them :-D

Day 1 - Start: Tuesday 22:00

At the end of day 3 engine running on donor loom

Finish: Friday 03:00 (12 hours)

Day 4 - Start: Saturday 13:00

Red finally rejects G40 loom, plan now... to get the 1W out of Red and put it into Geoffrey (bring out the welder).

Finish: Saturday 14:30 (2.5 hours)

Total 25.5 hours (JUST missed the 24 hour deadline)
