Good to see the pistons in there rightful location. It is funny to think they were sitting in a box in my workshop a few days ago. It is also good to see a CAD drawing become reality. The some of the components should produce some good PS.

Yeah it's weird to think that I picked them up from you on Friday and didnt get them home till monday, out the box tuesday and fitted the same day (no messing around here)

As I said to you, I can't fault the service you have given me, you've always been really helpful much appreciated honey :-D

We're already starting on Dave's project, manifold is on order

And the next stages for the 1500 are already in the pipeline

The injectors came from Steve @ PSD, just 300cc ones that he recommended for the job :-D

Well I have almost converted my 1272cc to G60 twice now, eg gotten all the brackets, ported the charger and so on. First time was in 2002, second now last summer. But I now have a more or less complete Rothe kit. Just need the blanking plate for the brv, hose to the intercooler and cat.

a part of me wants to finish the engine, a part of me wants to have completed the Sorg 02a conversion first

Nah, the sweetest thing to do would be to Supercharge the DX, but it's been done by.....you guessed it; by a Caddy owner!!!!!

It's a toughy, but I'd complete the engine first. You can make a blanking plate yourself easy enough and the other bits are easy enough to find. And the engine will be mad when you've finished it.

Not necessarily, there's plenty of other superchargers out there. It's not as simple as just sticking it on though. You're going to need to do a lot of work to the engine before hand.

I think in all honesty if you really want a charged engine, look around for a G60 engine complete and stick that in.
