Why have a sub and 6x9s. Id bin them, and do you really need a 15" sub,

From experience I have and 11 inch sub and it sounds perfect without rattling the car to pieces/sounding shit/ distorting. Bigger isnt always better especialy on a budget.

because i love really deep bass. the more the better. i didnt intend on having a sub when i got the 6x9s, else i prob would have got components in the rear. but i have them & not replacing them.

so back to the question, ideas please.

Check the for sale section, Foxie has an 11" sub for sale, I knows its not a 15, but I can assure you it does not dissapoint!

haha ok man, determined for me to get an 11" sub or what? aha will have a gander tho.

but anyone else know of good 15" deals???????????????

thanks.

it's a 12" and will eat most 15"s for breakfast :)

I've not heard it but can guarantee you it will knock the shit out of your average 15 easy.... probs sound good with about 1k+ going through it! If you try to buy brand new only you are honestly wasting money as there are some serious second hand bargains to be had... a RE xxx 15" V1 (1600 rms) and US amps amplifer: 1500 rms x 1 at 1 ohm (perfect for the sub) both of which are top quality items got sold for 300 pounds on talkaudio the other day!
