Alright,

I drive a candy white mk7 polo gti 07 plate..got it a few months ago and need to start the dubbin process :)

I want a totally black and white theme on the outside of the car and first thing is first is the chrome vw badges need to be transformed to black.

Iv seen lots of people do it before and dont believe that they have started selling aftermarket ones yet so I'm gonna do a DIY like most people.

What do i need to do it? and how is best to go about it? Do i need to remove the rear badge or can i do it attatched to the car?

ohh also eibach pro s coilies on the way and can anybody tell me of some nice dubby 16" rollers in black to go nicely?

you can do it attatched to the car just shpve masking tape unedr the rubber so it doesent go on your paint and shove some tape inbetween the badge and th erubber (this takes quite abit of time) the put some paper down so it doesent go anywahere on your boot if it blows in the wind.

you will need:

sandpaper (i used some 500 grit or sumfin cant member really)

primer

and satin or matte black or black paint

and tack rags to clean the dust off

and paint away

this is how i did them on the mini so should be fine on your olo mate
