does a golf mk3 steering boss fit a 6n?

as per the title really, I'm looking to buy a cheap steering wheel for my car and theres loads from mk3 golfs on ebay and i cant remember who, but somebody told me that the boss from the mk3 golf fits the polo 6n. can anybody clarify this?

ah cheers....but the boss for the ibiza and polo arent the same according to Ektor (the ones they have on ebay) - polo is 1321 and ibiza is 1483! I'm confused! :?

mk3 golf boss does i have one on mine
