just put my eaton polo on road for a few weeks barely 200 miles and the new powerfles bushes in the control arms for anti roll bar have discentigrated ? Everything was installed correctly and all was tight everything is brand new. I am not very happy considering the cost of these so called upgrades has any one had this problem ?

Did you put the weight down on the car before tightening everything up, if you tighten everything up in the air your putting huge amounts of preload on the bushes when the weight is applied

did you smear the outside of the bushes with copper grease? last time I bought powerflex bushes they even came supplied with a satchet of copper grease in the box for this. They have a tendancy to rip themselves to pieces if they aren't greased up.

yes i used the grease and some of my own beter grease for rubber plastic etc

i know what you mean i did tighten on axle stands but certanly didn't over do it i have fitted to my old gt mainy times b4 putting these new ones on my g40 i can't help but feel these particular ones have just let me down i might just put the old gt ones in for a while with uprated bushes
