my front panel is pretty mangled and was wondering is it possible to get a replacement welded or bonded in?

what sort of price would i be looking at with it being sprayed up black to match the rest of the car?

also I'm gonna replace the bonnet and wings what sort of price should i be paying for a sprayer to spray them.

Varies massively, best thing to do is get quotes and see the quality of work people are producing. You could get quoted anything between 200 and 1000 for that- though you do get what you pay for and a cheap job might well turn out to be a cheap crappy job that lasts a year before it looks truly crappy crap crap.

You need to find the right balance between cost and quality, hence why I say look for examples of work they have done to see how good it is.
