coilover issues

Featured Replies

hey guys, help needed if possible, got some of the ta technik coilovers off here and they seemed the muts nuts, easy to fit and it looked the shnizzle when fitted only problems I'm having is the ride is nauseating/unbearable, the fronts seem fine but the rears are like having pogo sticks fitted to the car! is there a solution to this? i fitted them myself and never really done the job before but as someone else mention the little spring ( helper spring i beleieve its called) is fully compressed with a spacer between that and the big spring it just doesnt look right, is it? secondly my camber and tracking are obviously a country mile out but everywhere i go say they cant get the equipment under the arches to do it?! argh!! does anyone know anywhere in the lincoln area that deals with lowered vehicles? well i know this is a long one not really one question more like several. sorry for wasting you are time if u cant help, big thanks to u if u post reply!!

cheers guys!

How low is it?

Ride a fat chick and keep her in the rear seats? should solve the damping issue. :p

The garages seem lazy to me, all they'll need to do is jack each corner up whilst they put the equipment on each wheel then drop it down onto the turn plates.
