B pillar vinyl for mk2 driver's door

Featured Replies

I know this has to be taken off with a heat gun in order not to snap, does anyone have a bit anywhere?

I want the piece that goes next to the window on the driver's door please.

Failing that can someone like DK sell me a bit of the right vinyl to cut to fit?

Cheers

Haha mine's in bits its well hard to get off without it snapping. Vinyl is probably your best bet really.

Dickhead question I know, but are mk2 doors and pillars exactly the same? What's best to stick it on with?

the doors are same yes, but the body pillar, i will have to check

the textured vinyl has its own adhesive on it!

i will check,i have one in the shed that i managed to get off with no traumas.ill let you know over t'weekend

cool as all my others are mint!

If not I'll have a set off you Dan.

reusing an old one is near imposible...

but hey it up to you!

yeah , i think there will be stickyness issues,i.e not sticky enough, i suppose a good contact adhiesive might do the job,but if it dont work, then it will be a waste of time when you could of just got a set of new stickies off dan,and be in stickiness heaven. :-D
