i have a polo g40 lowered 30mm would a 7.5j -15 -et25 go on without catching.

forgot to add there running on 195-45-15

doubtfull. why not try them on and get a mate to push down on the car whilst you check for clearance issues. I've only ever used 15s once and thats with 165/50 tyres the the rims were only 6j with a std et38 offset

Is it 30mm lowering springs you're getting? A G40 is already lower than standard...

its been lowed by prevous owner on koni springs and shocksnot sure how low think he said 30 0r 40 mm drop

Oh sorry I read that wrong.

30mm drop on a normal Polo is probably only G40 ride height, so if a G40 is lowered 30mm, then it's the equivelant of 60mm. Not too much of a drop though - should be alright. But you may have trouble with the front arches depending how low it is.

Best thing you can do is try them if possible?

G40 is only 15mm lower than other Polo's

I keep getting told various numbers, they vary between 20 and 40mm.

15mm is a new one, and I'm guessing right :lol:
