Just buy some standard Dot 4 brake fluid, and get some new pads, Green Stuff or Pagid are my recommeddations.... althought I could tell you if they make them for you car as I've only owned a Polo for a week, but with other VAG cars that whats I've used in the past.

If you want to improve the brake pedal feel and bite then replace the brake hoses with enw items, and poss check out some better disks - ATE power disks are cheap and pretty good !
