Found the solution to the black and yellow speed bumps...

1/2" ratchet, extension and a 17mm socket.

i should get a pic of the speedramp outside my local shop! That really is 3ft high!

Hmmm...I read somewhere that if a speedbump is more than 10cm high then it's classed as an obstruction and therefore illegal. Same goes for a pothole in the road more than 10cms deep.

Could be wrong though....might be worth some research...
