its lowered about 105mm front and back. I've put 5mm spacers on the front as the wheels were catching the coilovers but now there isnt much wheel hanging on the hub , so maybe 3mm would be better. also the camber and tracking needs setting up cuz the wheels are all over the show at the moment

have you removed the helper springs??

as i doubt its that low as you say! would have said more 85-90mm only on the basis that mine is the same setup also

No the helper springs are still on, there on there for a reason i thought :S

Car is looking sweet. Very quick progress, the colour has grown on me too after looking at the pics. Its one ace polo :)

cars looking sweet ..... its a change it to 8v bumpers ..... definatley the right decision on the 16v wheels for now though steels were a bit mingin..... looks cool though good job.

Car is looking sweet on the 16v alloys and drop...and good to see a girl getting her hands dirty and doing bits to the car herself

^ yesh, on the inside of the arch. so spacers are needed, tryed 5mm but there to big not enough spigiot so need 3mm

Well as i've been polishing it i've noticed that the paint work isn't as good as i first though so it makes me want to push forward a little quicker then planned on body work etc! I dont ever think shes seen a dab of polish the poor thing so the plan is wheels then body work and then re spray asap!
