I'm about to start prepping my car for paint in an attempt to keep down costs and was wondering if there is any advice out there for what to look out for and any pointers for getting a good finsh?

We all know that the end result bears heavily on the prep, and I'm not going to do the final prep for paint, just anything i can to keep the labour down, like filling/pushing out dents, removing trim and rubbing down, etc etc.

Any bare metal will be sprayed with primer to keep out the elements.

I will resist the matt black look!!!!!!
