our Matt's had a REALLY good look around it.....and the main points were mk1 Golfs rot are fine (all OK around the drivers side rear seat belt mount & the backs of the sills near the rear beam bushes)

basically he going to replace both the rear arches, patch the sill & bit of welding/patching here n there

respray it middle of next year (same colour)

I hope it was free....

Ahh.....the days of free mk1 Golf's are long gone

Defo hoodride material man!! Love the moss/mould with the gold/rust, you couldn't get this effect in a million years, just let nature take it course!! :lol: All the best with the project
