Gonna start re-building my g40 engine within the next week as the bottom end is knocking its knackers off. I have seen that allot of you lot use a metal head gasket as apposed to the shit oe ones that piss oil out after a week. So if anyone knows where i could get one it would be much appreciated.

Mk4 polo one. Best to get your block refaced as well as your head if you fit these though, as they are not as good at adapting like the fibre ones. They can weap coolant if just 'thrown on'
