new here. just bought my first polo as my new daily while the golfs off the road for the winter while i get it sorted so thought I would say hello.

Purchased these off the bay last night for my 6n2 and was wondering what the best size tryes where, they are 6x15 so not wide. want a slight stretch but nothing silly, as its the daily.

any ideas peeps

nice rims n welcome to clubpolo.

165/50/15 bridgestones. should get a bit of a stretch. being 6x15 its about the best u gonna get.

go for some spacers if u dont mind spendin abit or banded steelies look great but gonna cost you.!

get some photos up of the polo n golf dude.

not got any of the polo yet, only picked it up yesterday. heres the golf though.

anyone know what adaptors I will need to get the wheels on the polo, and what width too.

Audi A3 Peperpots... You will need 4x100 to 5x100 adaptors, but they are not cheap!! You get the centre caps with them?

doh thought i was being original :p no i dont think so but go them uber cheap should be delivered tomorrow, just need some tyres, and then some coilies so it sits nicely.

got any pics of yours on the wheels. any ideas where to get the adaptors from other than venom? £££

Mine are in the middle of being refurrbed, and i dont have any pics yet.

Not found adaptors anywhere else... but any FK dealer should be able to get hold of them. There was a set on Ebay not long ago, but i cant find anymore.

Just me making an observation regarding the recent rise in popularity of running 6J 15's and asking about tyres i.e. 165/50.

oh right sorry dude, me being a noob thats all! would go wider but its a cheapy daily, got the golf for the serious stuff!
