when fitting spacers do you bolt the spacer to the hub and the wheel to the spacer or does it just sit on the hub and the bolts pass threw them from the wheel to the hub?

if they just pass threw, where cani get longer wheel studs?

The spacers are just basically a circular piece of metal with holes for your bolts to go through. They don't bolt onto anything really, they just slide between the hub face and the wheel.

Longer bolts can be acquired from ebay and any local alloy wheel specialist.
