drill a 6mm hole anywhere you want on the car, file any paint/primer away and use an M6 nut and bolt (any decent hardware store) and a yellow lug, use 4mm squared wire (crimp into lug) and you will have the best earth possible. any probs/queries PM me & if you can't get any of the bits let me know i can see most of them from where i'm layed at home!

Tech shit: the whole car body is connected to the neutral side of the battery and is used to complete the DC circuit of the car (the car body effectively acts as the neutral wire), this is often wrongly (even by ICE manufacturers/installers) referred to as an earth(it is not a true earth as the car is isolated from the earth by the non conductve tyres), so any main conductive part on the car e.g. chassis/panels will work as yor 'earth'
