Glovebox door lock, mk4 polo

just a quickie as I can't get down to the scrappy till next weekend

needing a passenger side glovebox door lock as mine just exploded (mk4 polo)

anyone have one? assume the drivers side one is the same

aye it does, got the broken one sat on the bench

theres a plastic clip that goes around the outside of the lock holding it to the door, that pulls out (towards the top of the door) and you can then pop the tumbler out by prising the two plastic tabs holding it at the rear of the lock

best mention it's for my 1.6l '96, not sure if the newer models had a different lock?

on the reverse of the lock there are two plastic tabs that hold the tumbler in place, just prise these apart and it slides out
