sold my bora and getting a van. wanted a caddy van and to stay with the vws but came across a combo van which is quite smart and well worth the money but its not a dub. need a bit of help to decide! basically which ever i get will be getting dropped bout 110mil with 14x9 steelies and rolled arches to start with! cheers peoples feedback appreciated

combo

49,000 miles on a 03 reg 2 owners and 1.7di 16v red fsh and 6 onths tax mot. will get for bout £2500

caddy

71,000 miles on a 99 t reg, 1 owner, 1.7 sdi blue 8 months mot, 3 months tax, about £2300

Combos are dope. I've always wanted to see one done in a 'euro' style.

That and compared to the looks of the Caddy is so much more modern looking.

Front end on that is the cats piss man.

I drive a combo for work, they're good little vans, i'd say go with the combo, so much more van for the money.

Id say the Combo looks tidier. Would be a bit different too :)

The only problem with the Combo and that colour is that people will give you confused looks when you drive past and don't give them their mail.

Yeah, combo looks ok, but it's just conforming really, i don't know, i think i would be inclined to go with the caddy tbh. I think you'll get more milage out of the V.A.G than the GM. Having said that, £200 extra for a car 4yrs newer and with 22k less miles could be worth grabbing with both hands.

I'd go with the combo - if it were me I couldn't live with the slow-as-shite naturally aspirated weasel in the caddy.
