As above guys what do you need to look for with regards to making sure the water doesnt go the tube still? I know you've gotta remove the plastic bit on the boot, but after that?

i think you just fold the pipe up an cable tie it really tight

well what i did was get a bolt teh same size as the hole in the tube and screw it in the jubilee clip around the bolt in the tube and its not squirted yet

Polos been off the road last few months insurance ran out and someone nicely drove into my front bumper, also got a company car so hasnt really been needed! But all sorted now so car will be up and runnig again in the next few days.
