Officially a "L" driver again from today..but i was wondering as I'm appealing and hopefully dropping my points to 5 or fewer or a ban and nil points should i still apply for my provisional or should i wait till after the court case. And if i do win my appeal do they just reinstate my Pink one? coz I'm not keen on spending £a weeks worth of food and beer on a prov and then not needing it lol

Yes that was me....it was an accident though...and i wouldnt mind but that guy i hit is perfectly fine and has his own car now!!

Oh no its happened, that came through pretty quick then.

When i enquired about appealing mine they said the courts can say to the DVLA that you are appealing so you can get your licence back for the duration of the appeal.

oooooo i might try that then...i will look into it when i come round tomorrow lol (my flat mates are getting me off my face to cheer me up...i did actually cry). Just glad i got home this weekend for 1 last drive on my baby :(

Yeah the last drive seems so good for some reason even though its the same as all the other drives you have.

Don't worry though I'm sure you won't be a "L"oser driver for long. I hope you get an appeal though, save you all the hastle of the tests.

Good Luck with your test. Hopefully the appeal will go my way. I have very good grounds as now I'm a law student i have access to alot of legal databases and I'm doing my own research alongside my solicitor.

But if not I'm dreading taking my theory...like i haven't got enough to do without revisisng the "new" highway code, then the actual test..well thats guna be difficult coz i want to do it in my home town and travelling back and forth for lessons etc is going to be a hassle lol.

Oh well. It happens, I'm over it. My own stupid fault at the end of the day.

I don't think the 'new' highway code is in the theory test, its just 15 more questions from the old selection. And the questions arent hard anyway. Just common sense.
